ATTN: BRAND REVOLUTION

WE ARE

LUMENATI.

Who Are We?

Lumenati was born from a shared frustration…and a lifelong friendship.

Scott and Gavin grew up together, forming a bond built on trust, relentless curiosity, and a sense of humor that never took anything too seriously (unless it was making something cool.) That dynamic, forged over years of knowing how to push each other and the world around them, eventually became the foundation for something bigger.

After spending time inside traditional agencies, they saw the cracks: overpriced work, bloated teams, and forced culture hiding behind craft beer taps and open floor plans. The work didn’t feel fun anymore. It didn’t feel honest. So they built something different.

Lumenati was created with a little bit of f&$% you” spirit and a whole lot of belief in doing great work with people you actually like. We saw the large agency model falling apart, and knew there was a better way.

We’re not “like” a punk band - we are one. It’s in the image, the energy, and the way we challenge what’s expected. On the surface, we’re rowdy, fast, and fiercely independent. Underneath, we’re precise, dependable, and obsessed with quality. We don’t break things; we build them. Beautifully. Rebelliously. Together.

We’re not a place where people punch in. We’re a place where people show up. A family, a collective, a creative force that thrives on trust, guts, and making cool stuff that actually matters.

That’s Lumenati.

Friends since age 12, Gavin and Scott met as aspiring future ski bums, only later realizing that their knees can’t actually do that.

Meet the Team

  • A man with long hair and a beard wearing a beige wide-brimmed hat and a button-up shirt with ape faces wearing glasses, standing against an orange background.

    Scott McDonald

    FOUNDER/CEO

Scott is the brain, heart, and slightly (extremely) rebellious soul behind Lumenati. If the agency had a spirit animal, it’d be him: equal parts entrepreneur, designer, inventor, and cultural hype man. He started out crafting visuals as a motion graphics guy, eventually honing his creative business chops under advertising legend Alex Bogusky.

Disillusioned by the cookie-cutter agencies charging champagne prices for soda ideas, Scott set out to build something better. Enter Lumenati - a culture-driven creative collective that feels more like a lifestyle brand than a creative outfit. With an instinct for innovation, a sixth sense for culture, and just enough irreverence, Scott’s turned FOMO into a business strategy. The company runs lean, fast, and sharp, with arms reaching into tech like Cinebody, the Denver art scene, and even tattoo ink.

Creative to the core, Scott doesn’t just lead Lumenati—he is Lumenati. Tattoos and all.

  • A smiling man with dark hair wearing a plaid shirt over a white T-shirt, standing against an orange wall.

    Gavin Anstey

    FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

If Scott is the fire, Gavin is the steel frame holding up the house. As Lumenati’s President, he’s the master of order in a world built on creative chaos. With a background in journalism, Gavin has a sharp eye for detail, a relentless commitment to the truth, and the rare ability to translate visionary ideas into actual results.

Where others see swirling brainstorms and last-minute pivots, Gavin sees calendars, workflows, and bulletproof budgets. He’s the guy who makes sure the big ideas don’t just sound cool, but that they get done, on time, and better than expected. Call it babysitting if you want. He’ll call it leadership with a checklist.

Trustworthy to a fault, unflappable under pressure, and the left brain that keeps our right-brained circus on the rails, Gavin doesn’t just keep Lumenati running…he keeps it from running wild.

  • A smiling man with a beard and short, styled hair wearing a dark checked button-up shirt, sitting against a background with a gradient from yellow to orange hues.

    Brad Conner

    FOUNDER/HEAD OF CREATIVE

Brad is the secret sauce behind why everything Lumenati touches looks so damn good. With a deep film background and the kind of production skills that can make even chaos look cinematic, Brad can play every production role imaginable from creative lead, to Director & DP to even editor. Brad is the creative team’s north star.

He’s both a master of the lens and a master of execution. Whether it’s a scrappy shoot or a full-blown production, Brad brings the vision to life with precision, style, and an uncanny ability to make the impossible happen (usually on schedule, somehow).

As a leader, he’s calm, thoughtful, and deeply respected. As a teammate, he’s the kind of guy who’ll make your work better and ask about your weekend. Let’s just say he wins the “Most Wholesome Human” award at every company party.

Brad makes things beautiful, and makes the people around him better while he’s at it.

  • A smiling man with a beard and short red hair wearing a dark gray t-shirt against a yellow background.

    Alex Dean Rodriguez

    HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Alex is the engine under the hood at Lumenati - the guy who takes wild ideas, client dreams, and creative chaos, and somehow turns it all into beautifully executed reality. He’s the master translator between creatives and clients, fluent in both inspiration and logistics, making sure everyone’s speaking the same language (and hitting the same deadline).

Equal parts producer, problem-solver, and late-night legend, Alex is often the last one in the building running on caffeine, determination, and a dangerously quick sense of humor. He keeps the crew moving, the morale high, and the work dialed.

Need someone to rally the team, juggle a dozen deliverables, and still crack the best one-liner of the day? That’s Alex. He works hard, runs hot, and somehow makes it all look easy.

  • Black and white portrait of a man with shoulder-length hair, beard, glasses, and a patterned shirt, looking to the side.

    Cameron "Cam" Grimes

    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Cam has been with Lumenati since practically day one, fresh out of college and already acting like an exec (in the best possible way). Over the years, he’s grown into the rock-solid, obsessively detail-driven executive producer every creative team dreams of having. Neurotic? Maybe a little. But only in the way that gets projects across the finish line flawlessly.

Cam is the guy who considers every possible scenario, and then three more just in case. He doesn’t miss a detail, forget a deadline, or let a single thing fall through the cracks. Around town, he’s earned legend status as the most reliable human in the game. If Cam’s on the job, you know it’s handled.

His loyalty to Lumenati runs deep, and his care for the work is unmatched. Cam doesn’t just produce great projects, he protects them, perfects them, and makes sure they actually happen.

  • A young woman with shoulder-length light brown hair, wearing a dark blazer and a delicate necklace, smiling at the camera indoors with colorful artwork in the background.

    Allie Meikle

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

Allie has that rare, unteachable gift: clients absolutely melt for her. It’s not just her calm confidence or her effortlessly warm presence, it’s the way she makes everyone feel seen, heard, and completely taken care of. From first call to final delivery, she turns every interaction into a relationship and every project into a good time.

She balances fun with flawless execution, navigating chaos with ease while keeping the energy light and the vibes high. Deadlines don’t scare her. Curveballs don’t faze her. And somehow, clients leave meetings smiling, trusting, and ready for more.

Allie doesn’t just manage accounts, she builds trust, keeps things moving, and makes the whole experience feel like a breeze.

CULTURE

IS KING.

  • Portrait of a man with dark brown hair, a beard, and mustache, standing against a brick wall. He is wearing an olive green jacket over a black shirt.

    Jeff Wilson

    HEAD OF POST PRODUCTION

Jeff is the backbone of Lumenati’s post-production team - a rare blend of technical genius, creative powerhouse, and organizational mastermind. As Head of Post, he not only knows the software inside and out, he builds the systems, workflows, and asset libraries that keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.

An exceptional editor and talented colorist, Jeff brings stories to life with precision and style. Whether it’s finessing frames or fine-tuning color, his attention to detail and creative instincts are second to none. But what really sets Jeff apart is how generously he leads, mentoring junior creatives, sharing knowledge, and setting the bar high while keeping the vibes supportive.

If it happens after the shoot, Jeff’s got it covered…and probably already optimized.

  • A man with dark hair, beard, and glasses taking a selfie against a teal background with geometric patterns.

    Matt Meek

    HEAD OF FABRICATION

Matt is the quiet force making sure the most complicated builds actually come to life. With a background in industrial design and a brain wired for problem-solving, he leads Lumenati’s fabrication department like a pro, keeping builds on track, expectations in check, and the chaos under control.

Fabrication at Lumenati isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s part puzzle, part logistics marathon, and part creative sprint - and Matt’s the guy who keeps all those moving parts perfectly aligned. From initial concept to final install, he makes sure every nail, weld, and detail hits the mark.

He manages clients, teams, timelines, and tools (often all at once) and does it with the calm confidence of someone who’s seen it all. If it’s getting built, Matt’s the one making sure it’s done right.

  • Portrait of a young woman with long dark hair, wearing small hoop earrings and a black top, smiling softly against a plain neutral background.

    Brittney Thomas

    HEAD OF ACCOUNTS

Brittney is the ultimate people-person - the kind of warm, grounded presence that makes clients feel at ease and keeps the production team moving in perfect sync. She’s got mom-level instincts, next-level organization skills, and a superpower for juggling deadlines without ever breaking a sweat.

Whether she’s coordinating schedules, smoothing out details, or just being the friendly voice everyone loves hearing from, Brittney brings a rare mix of efficiency and empathy to every project. She keeps things on track, keeps relationships strong, and somehow makes it all feel effortless.

Seriously, there’s no one you’d rather have a conversation (or a crisis) with than Brittney.

  • A man with short brown hair wearing a red Hawaiian shirt with black leaf patterns, smiling in front of a brick wall background.

    Tyler Webb

    DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS

No one reps Lumenati harder, or with more heart, than Tyler Webb. As Director of Partnerships, Tyler is one of the most dedicated and driven people on the team, constantly promoting the brand across channels, industries, and time zones. He lives and breathes the mission, building genuine relationships that open doors and create long-term value.

From securing a referral pipeline of over 40 clients through a key partnership with Tatari to pursuing new opportunities with Roku, NBC Universal, and top ad tech firms, Tyler is always pushing Lumenati’s reach forward. He collaborates closely with the sales and creative teams to develop smart, tailored growth strategies while staying locked in on market trends and client needs.

Tyler shows up with purpose, passion, and relentless hustle, making him not just a strategist, but a true champion of the brand.

  • A man with brown hair and a beard smiling, wearing a white shirt.

    Justin Springer

    PRODUCER

Justin is the producer everyone wants on set - sharp, experienced, and just the right amount of hilarious. With a military background, a full production background, and hands-on directing experience, he doesn’t just manage shoots - he gets them. That rare mix of creative understanding and logistical mastery makes him a true force behind the scenes.

He’s the guy who keeps things moving, keeps spirits high, and somehow remembers every single detail while cracking the best one-liners of the day. Whether he’s wrangling talent, solving problems before they happen, or stepping in with a director’s eye when needed, Justin makes every production smoother, smarter, and a lot more fun.

Simply put: if he’s on set, you’re in great hands.

  • A woman with blonde hair wearing large orange sunglasses and a white t-shirt, standing in a room with a bookshelf and potted plant in the background.

    Sarah White

    PRODUCER

Sarah is the future of production - a producer with a finger on the cultural pulse and the patience of a saint. As one of Lumenati’s rising producer stars, she brings a fresh perspective, relentless drive, and a sixth sense for what’s cool, relevant, and about to blow up.

Don’t let the chill vibe fool you, Sarah runs a tight ship. She manages fast-paced shoots, tricky timelines, and ever-evolving creative with grace, grit, and zero panic. Her ability to stay calm, keep things moving, and make it all look effortless has quickly made her a go-to on the team.

Equal parts style and substance, Sarah’s the kind of producer who gets it done and makes it look good.

  • A smiling woman with long dark hair wearing a beige sweater against a yellow background.

    Gabby Joyce

    ART DIRECTOR

Gabby doesn’t just make things look good, she makes them unforgettable. As Lumenati’s resident art director and certified badass, she brings bold ideas, sharp aesthetics, and a fearless creative point of view to every project she touches.

Whether she’s designing a set, styling a scene, or concepting visuals that punch through the noise, Gabby’s eye is unmatched and her taste is dialed all the way in. She’s fast, focused, and fierce with a vision, and somehow still the chillest person in the room.

If it looks amazing, there’s a good chance Gabby had something to do with it.

  • Young woman with long hair, wearing a gray t-shirt, a baseball cap, and gold necklaces, sitting with her legs crossed on a blue background, smiling and posing with a fluffy black and gray puppy.

    Josi Robinson

    EDITOR

Josi is the calm in the edit bay storm. She’s cool, collected, and quietly cutting together greatness. As a rising star on Lumenati’s post-production team, she brings a sharp eye, smooth timing, and a naturally chill energy that makes even the most intense projects feel like a breeze.

She’s quickly becoming a go-to editor thanks to her creative instincts, thoughtful storytelling, and ability to deliver clean, polished work without ever breaking a sweat. Josi’s the type who lets the work speak for itself, and it speaks loud.

Coolest person in the room? Always. And the cuts are just as cool.

  • Young man wearing a black Nike cap, glasses, and a black jacket with multiple sponsor logos, smiling outdoors with cloudy sky background.

    Ben Zuckerman

    CAMERA OP/AC/EQUIPMENT LEAD

Ben is the go-to guy when you need the perfect shot, along with the mountain of gear it takes to get it. As Lumenati’s resident gear master, he knows cameras, lenses, drones, lights, and rigs like the back of his hand. If it plugs in, flies, flashes, or rolls, Ben’s already figured out how to make it work harder.

Whether he’s pulling focus, flying a drone, or engineering an insane camera move, Ben brings precision, creativity, and an encyclopedic knowledge of production tools to every shoot. He’s part technician, part artist, and full-blown wizard behind the scenes.

If the shot looks epic, chances are Ben made it happen.

  • A young man with long brown hair, wearing a red and black checkered flannel shirt, standing against a vibrant yellow and orange background.

    Travis Page

Travis has been with Lumenati since day one, the guy you call when something breaks, and even more so when you want to build something that’s never been done before. Now Head of Product at Cinebody, he continues to be a cornerstone of innovation for the Lumenati crew.

Part technologist, part creative thinker, and all-around problem solver, Travis has a brain wired for systems, solutions, and making the impossible feel effortless. Whether it’s untangling a tech issue mid-shoot or dreaming up tools that push the future of production, he’s the behind-the-scenes force keeping things smart, smooth, and ahead of the curve.

When you need answers, you call Travis. When you need ideas, you definitely call Travis.

As an Account and Project Manager, she bridges the gap between creative vision and physical execution. She knows how things get built, speaks the language of fabricators fluently, and brings an art director’s eye to every experience she helps bring to life.

Known for her tireless work ethic and unmatched attention to detail, Gigi keeps complex projects moving smoothly while making it all look effortless. She’s also, without exaggeration, one of the most positive humans on the planet.

OTT/CTV

Black and white logo of the word "WAIL" in bold, stylized lettering.

Our campaign for Vail was strategically designed with OTT/CTV at its core, harnessing the power of streaming to connect with diverse audiences across major U.S. metropolitan areas. We crafted compelling, high-quality content tailored specifically for TV, creating a range of cutdowns in varying lengths to capture attention across a range of demographics and platforms.

From family-focused adventures to action-packed athlete highlights, each deliverable was designed to resonate with a specific audience segment. This approach ensured maximum engagement while advancing a cohesive message that reflected the heart of Vail.

We teamed up with the agency, Good Conduct, to create this attention-grabbing campaign for The Honest Kitchen. With multiple dogs, a robotic arm, VFX, and a snarky VO, we executed a multi-day, in-studio production to showcase the unique scenarios of how your good dog may not be so good…and why you should feed them great food regardless.

The engagement began earlier this year, and we’re already seeing strong traction across multiple initiatives.

We’ve worked with BOA as their content agency for years, helping to develop their visual style, graphic treatments, and narrative approach. Throughout our engagement, we’ve executed multi-tiered campaigns, athlete-specific profiles, product feature vignettes, and innovation stories to spearhead brand awareness and the functional benefits of their products.

In 2023, we teamed up with Arapahoe Basin and Cactus Denver to deliver an unforgettable ambush-style ski experience. With Gus Kenworthy as our host, we surprised skiers at a busy lot, loaded them onto a branded bus, and sent them up to A-Basin for an epic day on the mountain. We captured the whole thing for broadcast, paid social, and earned media, proving that when you mix stoke, snow, and surprise, magic happens.

For Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, we didn’t just make content—we crafted a vibe. From slick cuts to scroll-stopping reels, we turned their socials into a cultural hotspot. Trendy visuals, edgy captions, and a dash of chaos helped amplify their brand voice and build a real connection with their audience. Awareness went through the roof, and Floyd’s became more than a barbershop—it’s now a movement.
